Job Responsibilities
- Managing and Coordinating the design and construction of the building
- Supervising all construction activities
- Making a record of required material and material that is available
- Keeping records of every casting task
- Managing and allocating tasks to labors
- Ability to accomplish tasks in time
- Checking and arranging the required equipment
- Good in communication
- Leadership quality to encourage workers
- Liaising with consultants for all updates
- Resolving technical issues in time to avoid work pending
- Keeping an eye on work, and assuring the work is done according to the signed contract
- Arranging every material under his own supervision to maintain quality
- Respecting workers and labor
- Should be available and resume the task, if the duration of the project extends
- Undertaking different surveys
- Checking design and drawings to ensure that they are correctly followed
- Managing the given budget smartly
Job Requirements and Skills
- Minimum BSC in Civil Engineering from a reputable local or foreign university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
- MS in Project or Construction management will be preferred
- Should have skills to manage projects methodically
- Should have the ability to project on time ( Should have prominent time management skills)
- Should have problem-solving skills
- Should have leadership qualities
