But, you may have to work different shifts including day, Night, Weekends, Overtime, Evening, on call, and early morning whenever we require workers on our farm.

Job Description 

 

• The applicant has to clean the crops.
• The farm laborers are required to do many tasks in the fields such as clipping, grading, de-leafing, hoeing crops, mixing fertilizer, and cleaning the greenhouse.
• The applicant has to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops as well as he has to harvest the crops.
• During his duty, he must keep checking, spraying, and fertilizing crops. 
• The farm laborer must be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. 
• The applicant should have an idea of diseases and health issues in the crops, livestock, and poultry. 

 

Requirements 

 

• He must be fluent in the English language. 
• He must have effective interpersonal skills.
• He should be flexible and organized in nature. 
• Having related working experience is an asset.
